Me: what did you learn? Charlie: I learned about how plants grow. Me: What happened that surprised you? Charlie: The plant actually grew. Me: What made you laugh? Charlie: Something that made me laugh was the people that i worked with. Me: What made you think hard? Charlie: How i had see how the water affected the seeds

Interview

I am interviewing Genesis Fernandez about her Story of The Seed project. What have you learned? "I've learned in general how a plant works. Basically its functions and the many positive and negative factors of its surroundings." What surprised or amazed you? "How fast the plant grew" What made you laugh? "Honestly, what made me laugh was my team. They barely did anything" What made you pause and think a little deeper? "It made me think deeper about photosynthesis.

Charlie's Seed Story

I interviewed Charlie Graff about the Story of the Seed. He learned how his plant, broccoli, grew and what it looks like in it's early stages. He learned about the carbon dioxide and nitrogen cycles and how it incorporates plants. He was amazed by the finished product from all the plants and how fast they grew. One thing Charlie thought about on a deeper level was seeing his team's plant grow each time they checked on it.
